Purchase and possession of this booking as well as presentation of the booking confirmation to enter the event signifies agreement to the following conditions:

1. PLEASE NOTE THAT WHILST EVERY EFFORT HAS BEEN MADE TO CHILD PROOF THE VENUE, IT IS STILL A NIGHTCLUB AND PARENTS/CARERS ARE WHOLLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR CHILDREN AT ALL TIMES.
2.The possession of this booking shall constitute an acceptance by the holder of these terms and conditions and implies an undertaking on the part of the holder to observe them.
3. A valid booking confirmation must be produced to get into KidsGo Disco.
4.This booking is only valid when purchased from official agents, and when presented in conjunction with the booking confirmation upon entry. Tickets bought from other sources will be refused admission. 5.Everyone will each need their own ticket, both adults and children. Only non walking infants are free!

6.Do we need to come with a Child? YES! Under NO circumstances will an adult be allowed in without a child.

7.Bookings cannot be used for commercial or promotional purposes (such as competitions or promotions) without the written consent of the Promoter. Any ticket re-sold or transferred in such a manner will become void and the holder may be refused admission or ejected from the venue. 

8. Admission is only valid for the date that has been booked.

9. All bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable.
10.If this booking is used in breach of these terms and conditions it is deemed to be void (and the Promoter and/or the owner of the venue reserve the right to cancel this booking and retain any monies paid there for) and the holder may be refused entry to or be ejected from the venue.

11.All efforts are made to ensure the environment is safe for babies and young children, but please always be vigilant and remember it is still a nightclub and ultimately you are responsible for your child at all times. 12.No refunds will be given if the event is running but the venue has changed from the originally advertised location.

13. No money will be refunded or bookings exchanged after purchase, unless the event is cancelled. In the event of cancellation the Promoter’s sole obligation and liability shall be to provide a full refund of the face value of this ticket. No other claims will be entertained.

14.Please take note of all safety notices and bring these to your child’s attention eg. no food or drink on the dance floor.

15.This booking is issued subject to the Rules and Regulations of the venue management, the venue and any licensing authority.
16.The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and to remove persons from the venue for any reason including behaviour likely to cause damage, nuisance or annoyance.

17. Admission to the venue and event is at the booking holders own risk. Neither the Promoter nor the venue management shall be liable for any loss, injury or damage sustained within the premises.
18. Knives, fireworks, smoke canisters, weapons, flags, banners, poles, umbrellas, and similar articles or dangerous or hazardous articles are not permitted within the venue, and any person in possession of such articles will be refused entry or ejected. Likewise, any person who refuses to be searched or have their bags searched by a police officer or security official will be refused entry/ejected.

19.No prams on the dance floor – please check in at reception/Cloak room.

20.Personal items should be left with accompanying adults. We cannot accept responsibility for loss, damage or theft of property at the venue.

21. Any alcohol and hot drinks must be kept at high level away from children.
22.Event fees will not be refunded to any participant because that person fails to attend or is withdrawn from the event for any reason.

23.CCTV Surveillance is in operation at the venue.
24. We may use Strobe Lighting – Strobe Lighting can affect people with Photo sensitive epilepsy, or other ailments triggered by flashing or moving lights.
25.We may use Fog Machines – Fog Machines can affect people with asthma.

26. Artist line up and billed attractions may be subject to change.

27. To protect your own safety and those of others around you, please act responsibly at all times.

28.KidsGo Disco may record, film or photograph the Events. Your attendance at the Event shall constitute your approval for inclusion within the photographing, filming and audio recording and your approval permission for KidsGo Disco to make full use of the photographs, recordings and the footage taken without any recourse to you. The photographs may used for the KidsGo Disco website or affiliate website, press or promotional materials. If you do not wish your child to be filmed or photographed please make the photographer, cameraperson or audio person aware of this.
